If you see a crime occurring call the Police Department immediately at (520) 421-8700 with a description of the person(s) or vehicle(s) involved, including a license plate number if possible. Please do not try to apprehend the person(s) or chase any vehicle(s) that may be involved.

Coconino Silent Witness provides a means of communications for members of the community to anonymously provide police agencies with information on unsolved crimes, crimes in progress and wanted fugitives. When arrests are made, cash rewards are offered.

While Havasu Silent Witness works closely with the Lake Havasu City Police Department, it is a separate, autonomous, non-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Arizona. The Internal Revenue Service has awarded the organization 501(c)(3) (tax-exempt donation) status. Havasu Silent Witness was started in 2000 by a group of volunteers for the purpose of providing citizens a method to report a crime, provide pertinent information about a crime, or report the location of a wanted fugitive while remaining anonymous. Cash rewards are available if the information results in the apprehension of a fugitive, the arrest and prosecution of the suspect of a crime, or is of other significant benefit to law enforcement.

Silent Witness is a non-profit program created to give citizens the opportunity to assist law enforcement in solving crimes. Citizens remain completely anonymous and are paid cash rewards of up to $1,000 when the information they provide leads to an arrest or indictment. Established in 1979, Silent Witness works in partnership with the community, media and law enforcement, and is a member of both Crime Stoppers USA and Crime Stoppers

The Mohave Silent Witness group is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the apprehension of wanted suspects through the posting of rewards. It offers rewards for information leading to prosecutable cases. The organization raises reward money through fundraisers and private donations. It is managed and operated by an independent board that consists of a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and board members. The Mohave Silent Witness group is a part of City of Kingman Police Department, which employs more than 55 full-time sworn officers, a part-time reserve officer, animal control officers and over 25 civilian employees. The department includes administration, animal control, communications, school resource, neighborhood services, patrol and traffic divisions. It is located in Kingman, Ariz.

88-CRIME is an anonymous, toll-free crime tip line that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays and assists local law enforcement agencies in the fight against crime by providing an anonymous, toll-free hotline for reporting crime-related information.

The AMBER (America’s Missing: Broadcast Emergency Response) Alert Plan was created as a powerful legacy to 9-year-old Amber Hagerman who was kidnapped and murdered in Arlington, Texas. As a result of Amber’s murder, the Dallas/Fort Worth Association of Radio Managers teamed up with local law enforcement in northern Texas and developed this innovative early warning system to help find abducted children. Already the AMBER Plan has assisted in the speedy recovery of a number of children.
