***CATCH 22 DAY  22 –Angelo Randall **

August 12, 2024 

It’s Day 10 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program. Today we are asking for your help in locating fugitive Angelo Randall. 

On January 29, 2023, Angelo Randall was arrested for possession of narcotic drugs, possession dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. During a traffic stop Officers with the Yavapai Apache Police Department located 400 fentanyl pills and 31 grams of methamphetamines in the vehicle that Randall was a passenger in. He was later was found guilty of attempted unlawful flight from law enforcement, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotic drugs and possession of dangerous drugs.

He placed on probation but has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation. A valid felony arrest warrant with statewide extradition has been issued.

Randall is 24 years old, 5’9” 200lbs. he has prior address in Camp Verde, Clarkdale, and Phoenix.

August 11, 2024

It’s day 11 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 program.  Today the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in locating fugitive William Wilson. 

Wilson was found guilty of four counts of conspiracy to commit pandering on July 24, 2019. The court suspended imposition of sentence and placed Wilson on standard probation for a period of three years commencing upon release from the Arizona Department of Corrections for other offenses. Wilson was released from AZDOC on September 22, 2022, and placed on three years of standard probation.

On August 16, 2023, it was discovered that Wilson had been arrested in Maricopa County for drug possession with the intent to distribute cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl.

Wilson has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation and a valid warrant with nationwide extradition has been issued for his arrest.  

Wilson is 28 years old, 5’9” 180lbs. he has multiple tattoos on his chest and stomach. Wilson has a prior address in Dewey Az and Phoenix AZ.

It’s day 20 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Marcelo Jose-Cortez.

In June of 2006 Cortez was found guilty on two counts of attempted sexual conduct with a minor. The court suspended imposition of sentence and he was placed on standard probation for 10years. Cortez failed to meet the terms and conditions of his probation and a felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Cortez has prior address in the 2900 block of River Dr. in Camp Verde. He is 5’ 5” 130lbs.

It’s day 19 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Isaiah McEachrin.

In May of 2020 McEachrin was arrested after selling fentanyl pills to undercover narcotics agents. During the last arranged “buy” McEachrin had his two small children with him in the vehicle. He was found guilty on three counts of narcotic sales, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and child abuse. McEachrin was sentenced to a prison term and upon his release from AZDOC he was placed on probation for a term of eight years.

McEachrin has violated the terms and conditions of his probation and a felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.

McEachrin has prior addresses in Prescott Valley and Cordes Lakes. He also has family in Cottonwood. He is 5’ 11” 130lb wit ha tattoo on his left arm.

It’s day18 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Timothy Backus.

In march of 2018 Backus was found guilty of sexual abuse and attempted molestation of a child. He was sentenced to a prison term and was released in May of 2023. Upon his release, Backus was  placed on lifetime standard probation and is required to register as a sex offender. Backus has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation and a felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.

His whereabouts are unknown, and his prior addresses is in Cottonwood Az. Backus is 5’ 8” 150lbs. and has multiple tattoos.

August 7, 2024 

It’s day 20 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Damion Hayes.

On August 29^th 2019 Damion Hayes was arrested for several counts of residential burglary , criminal trespassing, theft, possession of burglary tools and possession of methamphetamine.

He was later found guilty of theses charges and sentenced to the Arizona Department of Corrections. Upon his release from AZDOC he was placed on Probation for Seven and one-half years. He has failed to meet the terms and conditions of his probation and a felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Hayes has prior addresses in Prescott and Mayer. He is 5’10” 170lb. and has a tattoo on the left side of his neck.

It’s day 19 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Joseph Martinez Ramirez.

In May of 2023 a Trooper with the Department of Public Safety observed a vehicle traveling south on State route 69. The vehicle was clocked on radar going 85mph in a post 55 mph zone. As the Trooper attempted to conduct a traffic stop the vehicle accelerated to 91 mph  and was swerving with in the lane of travel. Once stopped, the driver and sole occupant, Joesph Martinez Ramierz, was ultimately arrested for DUI, possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia. The Trooper also discovered an AK-47 style rifle in the rear seat and Rameriez was also charged with weapons misconduct. 

Rameriez was later found guilty of these charges and placed on probation. He has failed to meet the terms and conditions of his probation and a felony warrant has been issued for his arrest. 

Rameriez has a prior address in Prescott Valley. He is 5’ 9” 120lbs and has a tattoo of on his right forearm.

***Silent Witness Alert CATCH 22 Day 15-Richard Lee Bivens***

August 5, 2024 

It’s day 15 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program.  Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in finding Richard Lee Bivens.

Biven was found guilty of Sexual Abuse of a Child, and Attempted Molestation on April 2, 2007. He was sentenced to the Arizona Department of Corrections and released in December of 2022. Upon his release he was placed on lifetime probation.

In February of 2022, Bivens was charged with Soliciting Prostitution by the Phoenix Police Department and was awaiting a court date. In March of 2022 he removed the GPS tracker from his person and then failed to report to the transitional house he was residing at.

He has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation. A warrant for his arrest with nationwide extradition has been issued. Currently his whereabouts are unknown. He has prior addresses in Cottonwood, Campe Verde, and the Phoenix area. One possible address is in the 2300 Block of N 47^th Lane, in Phoenix. There is also information that Bivens may have relocated to North Carolina, in the Stantonsburg area

Bivens is 54 years old. He has multiple tattoos on his left arm and one on his left chest.

It’s day 14 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Joseph Bouchard.

In December of 2023 a deputy with the Yavapai county Sherriff’s Office attempted to conduct a traffic stop of a vehicle operated by Joseph Bouchard. He refused to stop and lead the Deputy on a short pursuit. Bouchard pulled into a local motel on Highway 69 and ran from the vehicle. The follow day Deputies were able to locate and arrest Bouchard for unlawful fight from law enforcement. Bouchard admitted to the offence, stating he was under the influence of drugs. He was found guilty and placed on standard probation for three years.

Bouchard has violated the terms and conditions of his probation and a nationwide arrest warrant has been issued for his arrest. Bouchard has prior addresses in Prescott; however, it is believed he maybe currently homeless. Bouchard is 5’ 9” 150lbs. He has multiple tattoos on his arms and a few small tattoos on his face.

Noble was found guilty of 11 counts of Attempted Sexual Exploitation of a Minor in September of 2019. He was sentenced to a prison term and upon his release from the Arizona Department of Corrections, Noble was placed on lifetime probation. He has since violated the terms and conditions of his probation and a nationwide arrest warrant has been issued.

Noble has prior addresses in Prescott and Prescott Valley. Noble is 5’ 5” 145lbs.

It’s day12 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Treasure Ryan

In March of 2022 Deputies with the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office reposed to a report of a burglary in Ash Fork. During the investigation Treasure Ryan was contacted. As Deputies began to question Ryan regarding the burglary she made several inconsistent statements and attempted to flee from the Deputy on foot. A shot foot chase ensued and as Ryan was being taken into custody she struck the Deputy in the face and nose with a couple open hand strikes.

Treasure was found guilty of attempted aggravated assault, resisting arrest and drug paraphernalia. She was placed on standard probation for three years; however she has failed to meet the terms and conditions of her probation. A felony warrant has been issued for her arrest.    

Ryan has prior addresses in the Verde Valley area and at the time of her arrest she listed a Bellflower California address.  Ryan is 5’8” 150lbs.

It’s day 11 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Jason Gray.

On June 11, 2022 Jason Gray was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, drug  paraphernalia. During the investigation it was discovered that Gray was in possession of a firearm during the commission of dangerous drug offense. Gray is also a convicted felon and was additionally charged possession of a firearm as a prohibited possessor. A felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Gray has prior addresses in the Prescott area. Gray is 6’ 2” 180lbs. He has multiple tattoos on his arms, chest, and legs.

July 31, 2024 

It’s day10 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Kevin Baughman.

In January of 2023 officers with the Prescott Valley Police Department conducted a traffic stop after receiving reports of suspicious activity. During an investigation it was discovered that Baughman was in possession of a large quantity of methamphetamines,  and drug paraphernalia. Also, found in the vehicle were two shotguns and a scoped rifle.  

Baughman was found guilty of attempted sale or transportation of dangerous drugs, drug paraphernalia and misconduct involving weapons. In March of 2023 he was placed on probation for three years. Baughman has failed to meet the terms and conditions of his probation and a felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.

July 30, 2024 

It’s day 9 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Sherri Wheeler.

 

In May of 2020 Wheeler was found guilty of Facilitation of Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices, Theft, Possession of Drug Paraphernal and Tampering with Physical Evidence,

The court suspended imposition of sentence and placed Wheeler on standard Probation supervision for a period of three years. Wheeler has failed to comply with the terms and

 conditions of her probation and a felony warrant has been issued for her arrest.

Wheeler has prior addresses in the Prescott, Prescott Valley and Phoenix. She is 5’ 9” 160lbs.

 On November 26, 2023, McCrea was arrested for unlawful means of transportation after he took control of a vehicle without permission. About a month later McCrea was arrested again  after he was found in possession of dangerous drugs, drug paraphernalia after narcotic detectives served a search warrant at his residence.  

After being found guilty of these charges McCrea was placed on standard probation for three years. However, McCrea has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation. A felony warrant has been issued for his arrest. 

McCrea has prior addresses in the Prescott area. He is 6’0” 160 lbs.

It’s day 6 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Josheph Von Buehring.

On November 21, 2020, Buerhring as involved in an altercation at a local Prescott Valley bar. He was arrested for aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. He was later found guilty of disorderly contact involving a weapon and placed on standard probation for a term of

three years. However, Buehring has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his  probation and a felony warrant has been issued for his arrest. 

Buehring has prior addresses in the Prescott Valley area. He is 6’1” 230 lbs. and has multiple tattoos.

July 26, 2024 

It’s day 5 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Joshua Fernandez.

In March of 2022 Officers with the Chino valley Police Department arrested Fernandez for a valid warrant and theft that occurred in Prescott. When officers arrived at Fernandez residence and discovered he was attempting to hide from them  in one of the bedrooms.  As they attempted to place him into custody Fernandez began resisting the arrest and one of the officers sustained minor injuries. He was charged with aggravated assault against the law enforcement officers and resisting arrest.

Fernandez was found guilty of these charges and placed on standard probation for three years. However, he has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation. A felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.

On 12/08/23, James Woodburn was arrested for two counts of Disorderly Conduct per domestic violence, Criminal Damage per domestic violence, and weapons misconduct, after an altercation at a residence in the Coyote Springs neighborhood in Prescott Valley.

Woodburn was found guilty of these charges and placed on standard probation for three years. However, Woodburn has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation. A felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.  

Woodburn has prior addresses in the Prescott Valley area. Woodburn is 6’2” 195 lbs. and has multiple tattoos.

July 24, 2024 

It’s day 3 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Martin Santos.

On 5/20/2021, Santos was involved in a heated exchange with two subjects in the driveway of his residence in Meyer. During this altercation Santos displayed a handgun and fire a ‘warning shot’ in the air.  Santos has a prior felony conviction and is prohibited from possessing a firearm.

He was arrested for misconduct involving a weapon, disorderly conduct. Santos was later found guilty of these charges and placed on standard probation for 3 years. However, Santos had failed to meet the terms and conditions of his probation and a felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Santos has prior addresses in the Cordes Lakes area. Santos is 6’0” 275 lbs. and has multiple tattoos.

*Silent Witness Alert – CATCH 22 Day 2- Samuel Gilleland*

July 23, 2024 

It’s day 2 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program.  Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Samuel Gilleland.

On August 14, 2023 Gilleland was involved in a physical altercation with the victim during a camping trip. Gilleland became intoxicated and a verbal altercation ensure with over a lost set of car keys. The altercation turned physical and Gilleland punched the victim in the face. The victim was then pulled to the ground and Gilleland began to chock the victim. Gilleland was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault, Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Crimin Damage per Domestic Violence.  

Gilleland has prior addresses in the Campe Verde area. He is 5’9” 155 lbs. He has a tattoo on his left forearm and right shoulder.

It’s day 1 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program.  Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Kyle Blevins

In April of 2022 an Officer with the Prescott Valley Police department conducted a traffic stop a for speeding.  The vehicle was operated by Kyle Blevins. He was not able to provide the officer with a valid driver’s license. It was discovered that Blevins privilege to drive was suspended, and he was required to have an interlock device in the vehicle. During the subsequent investigation it was discovered Blevins was in possession of narcotic drugs, dangerous drugs, and drug paraphernalia.

Yavapai Silent Witness is excited to announce that CATCH 22 is back! On July 22^nd   we will roll out summer edition of our CATCH 22 program.   

Since 1997 Yavapai Silent Witness has been featuring some of the most wanted felons in our county and offering rewards for information leading to their arrests.  Since then, the public has been aiding law enforcement in finding and capturing over 130 fugitives fand paid over $65,000 in rewards.  This program has helped us find, Sex offenders’ burglars, absconders, and very violent offenders over the years. 

 

In the past, this program paid a minimum of a $500 cash reward for information leading to arrests.  That changed.  Starting in July of 2022, Yavapai Silent Witness started offering up to a $1,000 cash reward for the information leading to an arrest in the CATCH 22 program. ***Silent Witness Alert-CATCH 22 DAY 22 –Terry French ***

 

February 5, 2024 

It’s Day 22 and the final day of this running of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program. Today we are asking for the public’s help in finding Terry French. 

In April of 2022, French was involved in a physical altercation with his roommates in 1300 block of W. Adams Ave. in Prescott, AZ. During the fight French brandished a knife and threatened to harm the victims. French was arrested and booked foe one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, three counts of disorderly conduct, and one count of assault.  French was released from custody; however, he has failed to appear for further court proceeding on this matter. A statewide felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Frens is 55 years old, 5”9’ 15lbs and has multiple tattoos on both arms.

***Silent Witness Alert – CATCH 22 Day 21 –Jennifer Christine Nack  ***

February 4, 2024 

It’s Day 21 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program.  Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement   is asking for the public’s help in locating fugitive Jennifer Christine Nack.

In November of 2019 Nack was operating a vehicle that was observed by a Prescott Police Officer driving erratically. After failing field sobriety tests Nack for DUI. During the investigation the Officer located a clear plastic straw with white residue inside of it. Nack later admitted to using the straw to injest cocaine.

Nack was placed on probation, however she has violated the terms and conditions of her probation, absconded, and a nationwide felony warrant has been issued for her arrest. 

Nack is 40-years-old, 5’4” 150lbs. She has multiple tattoos on her left arm and back. On her right shoulder she has a tattoo of a butterfly. Her whereabouts are unknown, and he last address of record was in the 300 block of Country Club Cir, Prescott Az. Nack may also use the name of Jennifer Schmitt.

***Silent Witness Alert – CATCH 22 Day 19 –Adakai Junior Anderson  ***

February 2, 2024

It’s Day 19 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program.  Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in finding fugitive Adakai Junior Anderson .

Anderson was found guilty of aggravated DUI on December 12, 2019. The Court suspended imposition of sentence and placed Anderson on standard probation supervision for a period of seven years, commencing upon release from the Arizona Department of Corrections. The Anderson was released from AZDOC on April 3, 2020.

On November 13, 2021, Anderson was arrested by the Page, Arizona Police Department for two counts Assault-Intent/Reckless/Injure, four counts Domestic Violence, and two counts Disorderly Conduct-Fighting. On January 26, 2022,  he was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.  Anderson has violated the terms and conditions of his probation and a nationwide felony warrant has been issued for his arrest. His whereabouts are unknown, and his last known address was in Page Az.

Anderson is 30 years old, 5’11” 190lbs. He has a tattoo on the back of his right hand, the name of “Anderson” across his right forearm, a tattoo of a bar code on the back of his neck and an arrow on the inside of his right forearm.

***Silent Witness Alert – CATCH 22 Day -Raymond Elijah Padilla ***

February 1, 2024 

Today is the 18^th day of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program.  Today we are looking for fugitive Raymond Elijah Padilla. 

Padilla was found guilty of Criminal Impersonation, and Criminal Damage, on April 12, 2021. The court suspended imposition of sentence and placed Padilla on standard probation for a period of two years. In May of 2022 Padilla was also found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and theft and he was placed on probation supervision for three years to run concurrently with his other charges. 

Padilla has failed to comply with the conditions of his release and his whereabouts are unknown. A felony warrant for his arrest with nationwide extradition has issued by the court.

Padilla is 21 years old, 5’7” 135lbs. His where abouts are unknown and his last known address was in the 1000 block of E. Beech Circle , Cottonwood Az.

Dominguez was arrested  for possession of a narcotic drug, fentanyl and found guilty of this in February 2023. The court suspended imposition of sentence and placed the Dominguez on standard probation supervision of a period of four years.  Dominguez has failed to comply with the terms and conditions  of his probation and a valid arrest warrant with nationwide extradition had been issued.  

He had a  prior address  in the 4700 block of N Sheridan Dr. in  Prescott Valley Az. His last known address was in Peoria Az. 

Dominguez is 38 years old. He has multiple tattoos on both arms, across his chest and neck, and his last name "Dominguez" across his back.

It’s day 16 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program.  Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating Jorge Ivan Baldivia .

In November of 2007 Baldivia was found guilty of sexual misconduct with a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. After being incarcerated in the Yavapai County jail, Baldivia was placed on standard probation for a period of three years. He has failed to comply with the terms of his probation, and he has also failed to register per Arizona state Statue, as a registered sex offender. A valid arrest warrant with nationwide extradition has been issued.

Baldiva is 34 years old, 5'9" 135lbs. His prior addresses was  in the 3200 block of Starlight , Prescott Valley AZ, but his whereabout are unknown.

It’s day 15 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program.  Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in finding Richard Lee Bivens.

Biven was found guilty of Sexual Abuse of a Child, and Attempted Molestation on April 2, 2007. He was sentenced to the Arizona Department of Corrections and released in December of 2022. Upon his release he was placed on lifetime probation.

In February of 2022, Bivens was charged with Soliciting Prostitution by the Phoenix Police Department and was awaiting a count date. In March of 2022 he removed the GPS tracker from his person and then  failed to report to the transitional house he was residing at.

He has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation. A warrant for his arrest wit nationwide extradition has been issued. Currently his whereabouts are unknown. He has prior addresses in Cottonwood, Campe Verda and the Phoenix area.

Bivens is 54 years old. He has multiple tattoos on his left arm and one on his left chest.

It’s day 14 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program.  Today weare asking for the public's help in locating fugitive Shayne Takala.

In Deecember of 2022 concerned citizen contacted the Yavapai County Sheriff’s office to report a vehicle driving recklessly in the area of Rimrock. It was reported the vehicle was weaving within its own lane and was bouncing off the guardrail in the area of E Beaver Creek Rd. The concerned citizen followed the vehicle until it came to a stop in the Montezuma Well area. When Deputies arrived, they found ShayneTakala in the driver’s seat. He displayed signs and symptoms of impairment and was subsequently arrested for aggravated DUI and endangerment.

He was found guilty of these charges and sentenced to a term at the Arizona Department of Corrections . Upon his release in April of 2023, he placed on probation for a period of 7 years.

He has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation and a warrant for his arrest with nationwide extradition has been issued

It’s Day 13 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program.  Today we are asking for the public’s help in locating fugitive Renee Blair .  

In August of 2022 Blair was a suspect in a shoplifting case at the Safeway in Cottonwood. During the investigation officers located 14 grams of methamphetamine, over 100 fentanyl pills and various items of drug paraphernalia. Blair was found guilty of these offenses in February of 2023. She was placed on standard probation and a period of 7 years.

Blair has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of her probation and a warrant with nationwide extradition has been issued. Blair had a prior address in the Prescott area and has relatives in Desert Hot Springs, CA.

Blair is 32 years old, 5’7” 160lbs. She has a tattoo of a heart on the left side of her neck.

It’s Day 12 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Jason Crownover . 

On February 12, 2021, Crownover was found guilty of two counts of aggravated assault with a dangerous instrument per domestic violence. The court suspended imposition of sentence and placed Crownover on supervised probation for five years commencing upon his release from the Arizona Department of Corrections.(AZDOC)

Corwnover was released from AZDOC on June 8, 2022, however he has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation. A felony warrant for probation violation with nationwide extradition has been issued from the arrest of Jason Crownover.

Crownover is 43 years old, 5’9” 190lbs. He has multiple tattoos on his arms, chest and back. He has a prior address in Prescott, Az and his last known address was in Goodyear Az.

It’s day 11 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 program.  Today the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in locating fugitive William Wilson . 

Wilson was found guilty of four counts of conspiracy to commit pandering on July 24, 2019. The court suspended imposition of sentence and placed Wilson on standard probation for a period of three years commencing upon release from the Arizona Department of Corrections for other offenses. Wilson was released from AZDOC on September 22, 2022 and placed on three years of standard probation.

On August 16, 2023, it was discovered that Wilson had been arrested in Maricopa County for drug possession with the intent to distribute cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl.

Wilson has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation and a valid warrant with nationwide extradition has been issued for his arrest.  

Wilson is 28 years old, 5’9” 180lbs. he has multiple tattoos on his chest and stomach. Wilson has a prior address in Dewey Az and Phoenix AZ.

It’s Day 10 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program. Today we are asking for your help in locating fugitive Angelo Randall . 

On January 29, 2023, Angelo Randall was arrested for possession of narcotic drugs, possession dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. During a traffic stop Officers with the Yavapai Apache Police Department located 400 fentanyl pills and 31 grams of methamphetamines in the vehicle that Randall was a passenger in. He was later was found guilty of attempted unlawful flight from law enforcement, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotic drugs and possession of dangerous drugs.

He placed on probation but has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation. A valid felony arrest warrant with statewide extradition has been issued.

Randall is 24 years old, 5’9” 200lbs. he has prior address in Camp Verde, Clarkdale and Phoenix.

***CATCH 22 DAY  9 –Gregory Strahl ***

 

 

It’s Day 9 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Gregory Strahl.

On May 9, 2023, Gregory Strahl was involved in a physical altercation with his girlfriend in the 7700 block of Sundance Rd. When Deputies arrived they located the victim with fresh blood over her eyebrow. After the physical altercation Sthal burned some of the victim’s property in a fire pit and stole the victim’s vehicle.

On two separate occasions Yavapai County Sheriff’s Deputies attempted to stop Sthal, but he fled from, driving recklessly in the stolen truck, at high rates of speed. Deputies were not able to locate Sthal in the following days and a valid felony arrest warrant has been issued or his arrest.  

Stahl is 51 years old, 5’8” 160lbs. His whereabout are unknown. At the time of this incident, he had an address in Temecula CA.

***Silent Witness Alert – CATCH 22 Day 8 - Joel Hughes ***

 

It’s Day 8 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program.  Today we are asking for your help in finding fugitive Joel Hughes . 

During a traffic stop in March of 2021 by the Department of Public Safety, Hughes provided false information to the Trooper. As the Trooper furthered his investigation a K-9 alerted to the vehicle Hughes was driving. Hughes was ultimately arrested for possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia. Providing false information to a law enforcement officer and forgery.

Hughes had been placed on probation but has subsequently violated the terms and conditions of his probation. A felony warrant with nationwide extradition has been issued for his arrest.

Hughes is 32 years old, 5’7” 220lbs and has multiple tattoos on his arms. He has a prior address in Mayer Arizona  and Sun City California

It’s Day 7 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program. Today we are asking for your help in locating fugitive Madelyn Austin King.

King was found guilty of attempted theft of means of transportation, burglary in the third degree, possession or use of narcotic drugs (Fentanyl), and possession or use of dangerous drugs (Methamphetamine), on December 29, 2022. The Court suspended imposition of sentence and placed King on standard probation for a period of four years. King has failed to comply with the terms of her probation and a warrant for her arrest has been issued or her arrest.

King is 27 years old, 5’2” 130lbs and has a tattoo on the inside of her upper left arm.

***CATCH 22 DAY  6 –Armando Juan Gamez ***

 

It’s Day 6 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Armando Juan Gamez.

On August 3, 2021, officers with the Prescott Valley Police Department conducted a traffic stop after they observed a vehicle being operated by a subject known to them to have a suspended drivers license . During the investigation it was discovered Gamez and the driver of the vehicle where in possession of 33 blue M30 pills, 20 grams of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a loaded 9mm handgun. Both were arrested and Gamez was placed on probation for possession of dangerous drugs.

On August 30, 2021 Gamez was arrested for armed robbery with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault after he was involved in a domestic violence incident in which he also  threatened to kill members of his family. He was sentenced to the Arizona Department of Corrections for 1.25 years and placed on 4 years of supervised probation upon his release.  

After his released from AZDOC Gamez has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation and a warrant with nationwide extradition has been issued for his arrest.

Gamez is 31 years old, 5’ 3”180lbs. He has a tattoo on the right side of his neck and multiple tattoos on both arms.

***Silent Witness Alert – CATCH 22 Day 5–Kenneth Bishop-Wallace ***

January 20, 2024

It’s day 5 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 program.  Today we are asking for your help in locating fugitive Kenneth Bishop-Wallace.

On December 1^st, 2022, DPS Troopers attamed to stop a vehicle driven by Kenneth Bishop-Wallace after it was observed driving erratically. Bishop-Wallce failed to stop and fled from Troopers at a high rate of speed. Troopers also noted that Bishop-Wallace was throwing items out of the vehicle, which were later discovered to be several items of drug paraphernalia. He continued to drive recklessly and without due regard to the other motorist on the roadway. He led Troopers to his residence and then attempted to flee on foot but was caught and arrested. During the arrest Bishop-Wallace and found to be in possession of narcotic drugs, burglary tools and the vehicle was discovered to be stolen.

Bishop-Wallace was release from jail on March 7^th, 2022 and sentenced to three years of probation. He was ordered to report to the Arizona Probation Department and has failed to do so. His whereabouts are unknown, and the court has issued a felony warrant for his arrest with statewide extradition.  

Bishop -Wallace is 21 years old, 5’5” 130lbs. He has a tattoo of a rose on the top of his left hand and an a tattoo on the inside of his left forearm.

January 18, 2024                                                                                                               

It’s Day 4 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Samuel Lucero.

In October of 2022 without lawful authority to do so, Lucero was in possession of the victim’s vehicle. When he was confronted over the apparent theft a disturbance ensued and Lucero brandished a knife, threatening to cause harm to the victim. A warrant for theft of means of transportation, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct has been issued for Lucero’s arrest.

He has known addresses in Cottonwood, Phoenix, and Flagstaff. Lucero is 48 years old, 5’4” 140lbs. he has multiple tattoos on both arms and hands and two tear drops under his right eye.

It’s Day 3 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Pushkar Naik.

On July 31, 2023, Pushkar Naik was found guilty of Sexual Abuse per Domestic violence, a class 5 felony. Naik was placed on probation for a period of three years. He has since failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.  Naik has prior address in the Prescott area and may be hiding in Maricopa County.

Pushkar is 31 years old. 5’5” and 175lbs.

***CATCH 22 DAY 2 –Donald Bradley Wing ***

 

 

It’s Day 2 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ CATCH 22 Program. Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Donald Bradley Wing.

In April of 2019 Wing had an active felony warrant for his arrest. A Trooper with the Arizona Department of Public Safety had knowledge of this and observed Wing operating a vehicle in the 5200 block on N. Brice Rd. in Rimrock Az. Troopers initiated a traffic stop and Wing stopped the vehicle abruptly and began to flee on foot. He only managed to get about 200 yards away before he was apprehended.

Wing was found guilty of resisting arrest and sentenced to the Arizona Department of Corrections. Wing was released from AZDOC in August of 2023 and placed on standard supervised probation for three years. Upon his release wing has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation and a valid warrant for his arrest has been issued.

Wing is 33 years old, 5’8” 160lbs. He has multiple tattoos on both arms, chest, back and neck. He has prior address in Campe Verde and Rimrock

***Silent Witness Alert – CATCH 22 Day 1 –Mannuel Francisco Rosas-Cordova ***

January 15, 2024 

It’s day 1 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program.  Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Manuel Francisco Rosas-Cordova.  

In July of 2020, Rosas-Cordova was arrested by Prescott Valley Police Detectives after an investigation that revealed he had received and then forwarded child pornography. Rosas-Cordova was found guilty of Attempted Sexual Exploitation of a Minor Under the Age of Fifteen, a class 3 felony. The Court suspended imposition of sentence and him on Standard Probation Supervision for a period of Lifetime.

On March 1, 2022, it was discovered Rosas-Cordova cut off his GPS monitoring bracelet the night prior and is no longer residing at his approved residence. Attempts to Rosas-Cordova have been unsuccessful and his vehicle was also gone from the residence. A nationwide felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Rosas-Cordova has a prior address in Prescott Valley and Los Angeles County. Rosas-Cordova is 56 years old, 5’9” and 185lbs.

Yavapai Silent Witness is excited to announce that CATCH 22 is back! On January 15^th we will role out a new edition of our CATCH 22 program.   

Since 1997 Yavapai Silent Witness has been featuring some of the most wanted felons in our county and offering rewards for information leading to their arrests.  Since then, the public has been aiding law enforcement in finding and capturing over 125 fugitives fand paid over $60,000 in rewards.  This program has helped us find, Sex offenders’ burglars, absconders and very violent offenders over the years. 

In the past, this program paid a minimum of a $500 cash reward for information leading to arrests.  That changed, starting in July of 2022, Yavapai Silent Witness started offering up to a $1,000 cash reward for the information leading to an arrest in the CATCH 22 program. Beginning in just a few days, we will be releasing information on a new fugitive each day through the first week of February.  Don’t miss your chance to earn your reward.
